FDISD Juniors-----Gear Up is sponsoring a "Boot Camp" for those students that want to take the TSIA (exam that must be passed in order to take college classes).
Attention JUNIOR High and HIGH School Students and Families: Please see the schedule for the last week of school below.
Monday May 22nd - Semester Finals will be 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th period early release at 2:35
Tuesday May 23rd - Semester Finals will be 1st, 5th, 7th and 8th period early release at 2:35
Wednesday May 24th will be Yearbook Signing and Field Day early release at 2:35
Thursday May 25th - After students have checked into their 1st period class for attendance they will be called to the Auditorium for the End of the Year Awards and early release at 12:15.
Friday May 26th - Staff Development Day - Graduation at 7pm in the Auditorium
Student Assessments coming up! Parents and guardians, please be aware of our upcoming state student assessments (STAAR tests). Students need to be well rested and have a good breakfast on the days they test.
It was a long two days, but our young men and women did very well. Edgar Lara placed third in men's singles; Maite Morales placed third in women's singles; Kayden Gray and Isaac Ramos placed third in mixed doubles. FDISD got further compliments on their respectful behavior and sportsmanship. Great Job!

Fort Davis ISD will be releasing students early on Thursday, April 6. Parents and guardians, please plan to pick up your children at 12:00 pm (lunch) on Thursday. We hope you all have a wonderful celebration of Easter. Students will return to normal schedules on Tuesday, April 11.
