FD Cheer Tryout Meeting
There will be a mandatory meeting today, February 27th at 4:30pm in the high school band hall. Students must be in attendance to be eligible to tryout. Parents/guardians are welcome.

You've Got Spirit...Let's Hear It!
Fort Davis High School will be taking a Spirit Bus to support our boys' basketball team in the Area Playoff Game on Thursday, February 21st in Rankin.
The bus will leave from the front of the high school at 4:30pm. We are limited to 47 people, so it will be first come, first served. No alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, or firearms allowed.
So call the high school office at 432-426-4444 to reserve your seat on the Indian Spirit Bus!

The high school boys' basketball team will play in the Area Playoff Game v. Veribest on Thursday, February 21 at 7:30pm in Rankin.

Cheer Fundraiser--Krispy Kreme Donuts
Unfortunately Krispy Kreme has pushed back delivery of the donut fundraiser to this Friday, 2/15. Donuts will be available for pick up on Friday, 2/15, from 4:00-5:00pm in front of Fort Davis High School. Cheer apologizes for any inconvenience and will refund your money if the new pick up date will not work for you.
The cheer squad is selling Krispy Kreme donuts $10 a dozen. Last call as we’re picking them up tomorrow. Find a cheerleader or cheer parent to order-they will be available for pick up at the front of the high school from 4-5 pm tomorrow and there will be a few extra boxes for sale!

Our Kindergarten class joins Valentine ISD kindergarten class today to visit the Valentine Post Office and learn about the special Valentine postmark.

On Saturday, Jan. 26, two Fort Davis High School teams traveled to Pecos to compete in their first ever Vex Turning Point Robotics Competition.
The VEX Robotics Competition, presented by Robotics Education & Competition has 20,000 teams from 50 countries playing in over 1,700 competitions worldwide. Our teams finished in the middle of the pack for this competition which is a great start!


Our students exhibited very well at this year's BBLSA Stock Show. Congrats to our students and Mrs. Chambliss' first year as Ag Science Teacher!
