Athletic Physicals for students in grades 6-12
Any student in grades 6-12 who is interested in participating in sports
during the 2019-2020 school year will need to have a current physical on
file with the school.
Free physicals are scheduled at Dr. Luecke’s office in Fort Davis as
follows:
Girls July 30 from 8:30am-11:30am
Boys July 30 from 2:30pm-4:30pm
It is acceptable, at your own expense, to receive a physical by a doctor
of your choice.
